Our home is located in beautiful West Vancouver, voted as one of the 10 best communities to live in worldwide! We offer views of the North Shore Mountains (i.e. Grouse, Cypress and Seymour Mountains). With 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with shower and 1 Large Entertainment Room, this space is ideal for a large group or family and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Our home is positioned within walking distance to Park Royal Shopping Center and is close to points of departure for Cypress Mountain, Grouse Mountain, and Whistler!

• 3 Bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 persons – 1 Queen and 2 Double-beds)

o Large screen Plasma TV with High-Definition cable
o PS3 console with 2 cordless controllers and DVD/Blue-Ray player

Distance to Olympic Venues by car/taxi:
• 75 minutes to Whistler on Sea to Sky Highway - one of the most scenic drives you will ever experience!
• 20 minutes to Grouse Mountain (recreational ski & snowboarding)
• 15 minutes to Cypress Mountain (freestyle ski and snowboard)
• 15 minutes to downtown Vancouver (Stanley Park, Vancouver Art Gallery, Olympic Boulevard, etc.)
• 20 minutes to Vancouver Center (main Olympic stadiums - BC Place & GM Place) (opening/closing ceremony and hockey)
• 45min -1 hr to Richmond Oval (speed skating) and Vancouver International Airport (YVR)

Rates (in CAD$):
• 3-day Booking Minimum required
• Dates Available: February 1st to March 31st
• **NOTE: A 10% discount is offered on each week you book after your first week of stay (e.g. Book one week and receive 10% off your 2nd week)
Group Rates:
• Olympics (Feb 10/ - Mar 01/): $300/night
• Paralympics (Mar 01/ - Mar 31/): $200/night

**NOTE: A group flat-rate of $6,500 is available for the entire length of available dates (Feb. 10th – March 31st)
(Less than $30 per person per night!!)

Rental Terms:
• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Full payment due two weeks prior to arrival
• $1500 refundable damage deposit required two weeks prior to arrival
• No smoking and no pets please
